You must not use LevelUpVerse for any activity that violates applicable laws or infringes upon others’ rights. 3. Subscription and Payments Our Services operate on a subscription model, and payments are required to access premium features. All fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) or the currency specified at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled in advance. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain valid and up to date. Non-payment or chargeback will lead to suspension or termination of your account. License to Use Upon subscription, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to access and use LevelUpVerse software for your business purposes. You may not: Resell, sublicense, or reproduce any part of our software. Share login credentials with unauthorized users. Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary systems or content. 5. Intellectual Property Rights All software, tools, systems, content, videos, designs, and resources on LevelUpVerse are the intellectual property of LevelUpVerse Private Limited and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded data, but by using our services, you grant us the right to process and store it as needed to operate our platform. 6. White Label & Agency Accounts White Label users may rebrand the platform under their business name but cannot resell LevelUpVerse access unless they hold an authorized Black Label Agency license. Violation of this clause may result in permanent termination of your account and legal action. 7. Service Modifications We reserve the right to: Update, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time. Adjust pricing, plans, or functionalities without prior notice. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of significant changes. 8. Data & Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you consent to such data handling as described in our Privacy Policy. 9. Limitation of Liability LevelUpVerse shall not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Business losses due to misuse, incorrect setup, or user error. Downtime, data loss, or third-party integration issues beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the current billing period. 10. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if: You breach these Terms. Payment fails repeatedly. You misuse or damage our system integrity. Upon termination, your license and access to the platform will be revoked immediately. 11. Third-Party Integrations Our platform integrates with tools such as WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta Ads, Google Calendar, and payment gateways. You are responsible for complying with their individual terms and policies while using these integrations. 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.
